We operate in a part of the world where there are often low levels of supportive governance. Local laws and regulations are often inadequate, misunderstood, or missing. In these situations, we adopt internationally-recognised standards to fill the gaps.

One of the best examples is VPSHR - Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights. This set of principles requires that safety and security policies and initiatives are implemented in a way that respects and promotes human rights.

We also follow the principles upheld by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) - which is part of the World Bank.

Archenfeld is compliant with these internationally-recognised and respected standards and applies these principles to our entire organisation. Our employees and contractors follow a code of conduct which maintains high ethical standards at all times.
